I recently sat down with Alex Chisnall of Virgin StartUp to talk about the Chicken & Blues journey so far, as we celebrate our 4th birthday, and what launching a restaurant brand actually means to us as people. I always find it refreshing, being asked to speak at events, or simply answering direct questions posed by seasoned professionals. Sometimes you don’t know how you feel about things, or what your views are on certain subjects, unless you’re prodded and probed.
